Quality work and poverty alleviation through job creation

Ink is creating new jobs in a new creative industry for Cambodia & throughout South East Asia. Over 84% of Ink’s Cambodian artists had no animation experience prior to joining Ink’s studio in April 2019 but have been successfully integrated into our team through our internal vocational training program.

More than 50% of our employees come from outside of the capital city Phnom Penh. Our vocational training program is a tool we have developed to upskill and decentralise employment opportunities within Cambodia for at risk Cambodian youth.
